IF YOU KEEP
If you keep carrying
all the baggage,
the old monk told
his student,
you'll surely fall behind.

IT'S A STRANGE
It's a strange
sort of wisdom,
the old monk
admitted
when his students
asked about
his teachings.
~
THE FIRST THING
The first thing you do
before you die
is say good-bye.
It's also the last thing,
the old monk said.
