YOU CAN'T JUST
You can't just
walk across the bridge
and think it's all over,
the old monk said.

SPACE IS NOT
Space is not
a question of space --
you never run out,
the old monk said.
Ask the stars.

I HAVE TO BE
I have to be a monk,
the old monk said,
because I can't admit
what else I am.
