WHAT YOU SEE
What you see
is what it is
whether you know
it or not,
the old monk said.

AS MANY AS
As many as you want,
a dollar each --
they're poems,
the old monk said at
his stall in the market.

THE EDGE
The edge of the universe
protects us
from what lies
farther on,
the old monk said.
