SOMETIMES
Sometimes
there's nothing
behind the thunder
but wind,
the old monk says.

JUST ABOUT
Just about all of it
is what's left of nothing
when everything's done,
the old monk said.
~
YOU CAN SLEEP
You can sleep
when morning comes,
the old monk told himself.
Now listen to the stars.
